MEET RALPH

Seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience encompassing areas of web-based technologies, operations, project management, and real estate. A partner and co-owner of Empire Inspectors, the premiere Westchester County inspection company providing home and commercial inspection services, environmental testing services and education-based training to real estate professionals on different topics related to inspection and environmental testing and identification. Currently holds licenses in NY and CT as a home inspector, licensed NY Real Estate Salesperson, licensed NY Mold Assessor in addition to holding positions of Treasurer to the Hudson Gateway Realtor Foundation and Vice President Board Member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Westchester Chapter.

In 2022, he alongside partners Mike and Jeremy Lovelady founded Mira Staffing, a business process outsourcing company helping companies efficiently accomplishing their staffing goals with the best available talent while helping them thrive, not just survive.

Prior to working in real estate, he spent over 10 years in marketing in advertising where he led a team of 35 project managers and managed operations for 200+ employees with a focus of fostering rapid and sustained business growth while reducing operating costs within the healthcare, retail, and entertainment industries. He is continuously solving complex business, technological, and organizational challenges by implementing effective solutions, resources and methodologies that deliver measurable results. He holds the certification of Certified Scrum Master (CSM), is Six Sigma trained, and a graduate of New York University.
