As a homeowner we decided to go with Cafe Realty which is now McGrath Realty. Carol Christiansen and Walter Sadowski came to our house as real estate agents. They were so professional in how to go about with it. We had the open house the weekend we signed the contract. We hit it off with one buyer on that same weekend. The process was long with the negotiations but Walter Sadowski was just really amazing with the negotiations.
