I can't say enough good things about Cafe Realty. From beginning to end, I was impressed with the whole team. They were genuinely concerned with doing what was in my best interests and my comfort levels, and provided excellent advice from start to finish. Walter's negotiating skill netted me extra dollars, always appreciated, and they were even able to take care of a closing day crisis when I was across the country (an unwelcome cat had taken up residence in the empty house). They went above and beyond the call of duty, both cat and closing saved! Highly recommend this team.
